case studies

The projects below show my work through the lens of four guiding principles: Get Close, Clear the Noise, Measure Quickly, and Build to Last.

It starts with Building Capacity and Capability, in which I replaced product decisions shaped by internal opinion with direct, continuous access to customers at scale.

Getting Close to Drive Revenue puts that infrastructure to work through a 12-week study that converted raw customer evidence into structured findings, reframing strategy and generating significant revenue in Year 1.

Unifying Metrics with Customer Outcomes shifted focus from fragmented product metrics to a shared, diagnostic measurement system built from customer needs, generating $400K+ in framework-informed revenue within 6 months of launch.

And Embedding Design for Scale shows how design mechanisms transformed multiple systems and platforms into a singular, unified product experience, driving a 46% increase in learner engagement and producing an operating model adopted by the broader organization.

Clear the Noise

Measure Quickly

Unifying Metrics with Outcomes

An outcome-based framework based on customer needs that standardized measurement and prioritization across product teams.

Embedding Design for Scale

Embedding repeatable mechanisms into team operations so gains compound and become institutional.
